    Founders of Lucky Group
    Having traveled around Europe and gained experience, Bogdan and Ivan consciously moved towards the restaurant industry. Ivan opened the first BB Burgers project in 2013. Bogdan, helping his partner and close friend, was simultaneously engaged in supplying vegetables and fruits from Russian cities to large companies in the capital.
    In the fall of 2017, together with brand chef Glen Ballis, was opened a joint project Margarita Bistro on the corner of Malaya Bronnaya street.
    There are now 22 restaurants in the Lucky Group, which are united by values, attention to detail and most importantly – hospitality. In addition to restaurants, Lucky Group develops the areas of events, catering, training services and merch.

    Dmitry started his career in restaurant industry in 2010 from a waiter's assistant position in the restaurant chain "Coffemania", where he worked for 8,5 years, having gained extensive management experience in staff training and management. Dmitry has opened the Greek restaurant Eva, Russian cuisine restaurant Niki. Then he worked as a territorial manager of Niki, Eleven, All Day.
    The main thing in work is the team, where everyone shares the same life values, loves their work, loves people and enjoys what they do.

    "I am convinced that people are the main inspiration and value in any business. Our guests are the personification of our team and vice versa. If you do everything for people, it will come back to you like a boomerang."
    He started working as a busboy at the age of 17, at 21 he got his first experience as a manager, worked in senior positions in well-known companies. Pavel joined Lucky Group team in 2020, was in the position of head manager of EVA, KOJI, Maya projects and headed the company as an executive director in 2022.

    Managing Director
    With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Madina began her career in the finance department and later moved to operations, where she has held managerial positions for more than 13 years. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with Ginza Project and CHE1F Restaurants, successfully managing chain projects and participating in the launch of new venues. Among the projects she has delivered are Jonjoli, Meatless, Okean, Pesto, Mama Tao, and others. In her work, Madina emphasises a systematic and strategic approach to management, building cohesive teams, delivering a high level of service, and developing a culture of hospitality. She inspires her team and creates an atmosphere that guests want to return to.

    Brand Chef
    He started his career at the Ragout cooking school, then he went to work at the Pinch restaurant. 1.5 years later, he took up the position of senior sous-chef at the Ugolëk restaurant. First project where he became a full-fledged chef was the KM20 restaurant, and 1.5 years later, he joined Lucky Group and opened Londri restaurant. He considers that the Asador Etxebarri restaurant is one of the most delicious places and dreams of working in a restaurant where everything will be cooked on an open fire.
  • Andrey Bolshakov

    Chef
    Andrey worked extensively with Glen Ballis. He began his career as a chef de cuisine at the restaurant Charlie, which he opened from the ground up. He subsequently refined his craft at Savva. His first independent project as a head chef was Naomi. Last year, he joined the Lucky Group.
  • Darya Shmarova

    Pastry Chef
    Daria studied at the Italian Culinary Academy (ICA, Rome), after which she interned in London (Hide, Michelin 1*) and worked in Rome (Pipero, Michelin 1*). In Moscow, Daria began her career with White Rabbit Family as a sous-chef pâtissier at “Sakhalin” (Michelin 1*). She then spent two years as senior sous-chef pâtissier at Four Seasons Hotel Moscow, and in 2021 became the head pastry chef at Beluga (Michelin 1*). In September 2023, Daria joined the teams of Londri, Margarita Bistro, and Santi as head pastry chef.
  • Konstantin Didenko

    Bar Manager
    Konstantin Didenko is a bar industry expert with 16 years of experience. He started his career in Krasnoyarsk, where his successful work earned him the title of "Best Bartender of Krasnoyarsk-2017" according to Sobaka.ru magazine. He has victories and nominations in Russian and international competitions under his belt. He joined the Lucky Group in 2022 as a bartender for the 345 project. He participated in the opening of 5 new projects, including Osteria Osso and Mamie Bistro, develops the Lucky Glass tableware brand, is the founder and curator of the educational platform APP of SKILLS, a lecturer at the Roman Toroshchin Training Center, and a curator of lectures at the bar hub EXPO.
  • Nora Krasavina

    Sommelier
    She has been working as a sommelier since 2018. She worked in restaurants for Arkady Novikov and Ilya Tyutenkov. Joined Lucky Group team in May 2024.
